Delivery

Do you Ship Internationally ?

We ship worldwide! So if you think any of our products are a perfect gift for a friend, or just want to treat yourself to some goodies, go ahead and add to cart! The cost is additional and will be calculated at check out depending on your address and the weight of your parcel.

If you have any questions regarding customs duty or any additional taxes at destination, please write to us and we will do our best to confirm the costs before hand. Email us on [email protected] with your order number and query.

Who delivers my order?

Our Shipping Partner is Shiprocket, however the courier partner varies on the weight and the delivery location. Once you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email first, and then a dispatch related email with your tracking ID and invoice.

Can I place and order from one country/ location and ship it elsewhere?

Yes, sure you can. Billing details and Shipping Details need to be separate, that’s it.
Ensure to add the full address and contact details of the receiver.

Can I return the items bought on this website?

Unfortunately, given the nature of our products being cosmetics, once opened we do not accept returns and exchange. If you haven’t found the right answer to your question, please contact our Customer Care at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you and resolve your concern.
