3. Gel Polish: Shake the Ellement Co. Pretty Please Sparkle Gel Polish, apply 2 coats and then dry under an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
4. ⁠Top: Finish off with a layer of Ellement Co. Gloss / Matte Top Coat Gel Polish and cure under an LED Lamp for 60 seconds.
